If you do not receive an "order confirmation e-mail" after placing your order, please email us at support@mountainnsea.com. It is possible that there is a typo in the e-mail address you entered when you registered, or that your e-mail software has mistaken it for spam or virus e-mail. Therefore we kindly ask you to check your spam folder.
If you are looking to cancel or modify the order we ask you to contact us as soon as possible via email support@mountainnsea.com before 8PM EST the day of the order and provide us with the order number and your request the necessary adjustments or cancelling. If the order has not been processed and shipped we can manually adjust/cancel the order. Please note that MOUNTAINNSEA and our warehouse operate from Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 EST.
We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, for in-stock items please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships (Monday thru Friday, not including weekends or holidays). For PRE-ORDER items or items on BACK-ORDER, please allow for 3-5 business days from when the item is taken into stock for your order to process and ship. We ship our orders in the order in which they are received. Mixed orders containing both in stock items and pre-order/back-order items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-order or back-ordered item becomes available to ship.
